Shopping locally for fresh ingredients and preparing the best of the season: an admirable pursuit. So, how do you prepare a great meal when the only seasonal, local items available are broccoli, onions and apples?

Shop the local marché with Chef Philippe and learn how he makes his menu decisions in real time as he selects the best available. Learn delectable combinations you may not have considered and the simple rules you can use to create your own great winter cuisine. Learn about indoor and outdoor winter herb gardens, best dry and fresh herbs and tips that chefs use for great flavor while Mother nature sleeps.

We will shop, each participant will learn hands-on and eat.
