Cooking Demonstrations
Make a culinary demonstration the centerpiece of your next gathering or corporate affaire. Guests relax and sip wine as they gather around the Chef while he demonstrates a favorite recipe (or technique) that is served at the party.

Cooking Classes
A “hands-on” event where you will learn recipes and  technique. Participants assist in the preparation, sample the results and enjoy a meal together. Classes are conducted regularly at Chez Ducrot. Or, we can hold a class in your home and make an entertaining evening for you and your friends.
